I'm Keoua Medeiros—founder of Snap A Prop and the creative force behind the lens. For over a decade, I've specialized in high-end real estate photography and cinematic videography, helping agents and builders stand out in a crowded market. My work has been featured on the cover of Luxury Home Magazine 12 times, and I’ve had the privilege of capturing more than $2 billion in real estate properties.

What sets my work apart is my obsession with detail and a commitment to unmatched production quality. I shoot everything myself, using the best equipment available, and I deliver polished, brand-consistent content, each and every time.

But behind all of this is what matters most to me—my family. I'm a husband and proud dad of six, and they’re the reason I do what I do. Every early morning edit, every twilight shoot, every long day on location—it's all fueled by the goal of building a legacy they can be proud of.

I was born with a creative eye and a strong work ethic, shaped by my roots. I’m Hawaiian, Portuguese, and Irish—a cultural mix that keeps me grounded, driven, and always connected to the importance of home and storytelling.
